A versatile adventure van built for two, with comfort for wherever the road leads.

The Rainier is one of OVP’s most versatile adventure vans—designed to deliver the comfort, capability, and functionality of a much larger rig in a remarkably manageable footprint. Available on the 144" Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or 148" Ford Transit, the Rainier is built for travelers who want the freedom to go farther without bringing more vehicle than they need. Easy to drive, easy to park, and ready for four-season travel, it’s equally at home heading into the mountains for a long weekend or spending months exploring the road ahead.

    Seat 2–4 · Sleep 2–4 · 144" Sprinter / 148" Transit · Starting at $225,000

    • COMPACT BY DESIGN. BUILT TO LIVE BIG.

The Rainier pairs the freedom of a shorter wheelbase with a remarkably complete living environment. It’s easy to drive, park, and navigate through cities, campgrounds, mountain roads, and remote trailheads without sacrificing comfort once you arrive. Flexible seating, intelligent storage, and a highly functional layout allow the interior to adapt to the way you travel—whether it’s two people escaping for the weekend or bringing more passengers, gear, and everything you need for the journey ahead.

    • WATER WHERE YOU NEED IT.

The Rainier brings the comforts of a larger RV into a remarkably compact platform. With approximately 33 gallons of fresh water, gray-water storage, hot water, an interior shower, and outdoor shower capability, the integrated water system is designed to give you more freedom away from traditional hookups. Whether you’re spending a few nights at a remote trailhead or taking an extended journey off-grid, everything is designed around one philosophy: maximize the experience, not the size of the vehicle.

    • POWER FOR LIFE OFF-GRID

The Rainier’s electrical system is built around the way modern travelers actually live. Substantial lithium battery capacity, a 3000W inverter, solar, high-output alternator charging, and shore power work together to support the systems that make extended travel comfortable. From refrigeration and induction cooking to climate control, lighting, connectivity, and everyday devices, power is integrated into the experience from the beginning. Available configurations allow the electrical system to be tailored around how—and how far—you plan to travel.

    • BUILT FOR FOUR SEASONS.

Adventure shouldn’t have an off-season. The Rainier brings together power, water, heating, cooling, and insulation systems designed for true four-season travel. From winter mornings at a ski trailhead to summer days far from shore power, integrated climate and electrical systems help keep the interior comfortable and capable. Air conditioning, hydronic heat, heated floors, lithium power, solar, alternator charging, and shore power give you the freedom to travel farther, stay longer, and experience more throughout the year.

    • EVERYTHING YOU NEED. NOTHING THAT YOU DON'T.

The Rainier lives much bigger than its footprint suggests, combining the freedom of a compact adventure van with the comfort and functionality of a larger RV.

At the center is the OVP Murphy Bed, positioned sideways using Flarespace flares to maximize usable interior space. When the bed is up, that space opens back up for living, gear, and everyday life on the road.

The efficient layout makes room for a full galley, refrigerator, induction cooking, interior shower, toilet, full-height storage, and flexible seating—all within approximately 62 square feet of intelligently designed space.

    • DESIGNED BY EXPERIENCE

The Rainier wasn’t designed around a list of features. It was shaped by thousands of miles on the road, countless nights traveling, customer feedback, and years of building adventure vehicles meant to actually be used.

That experience shows up in every detail—from how the bed disappears and where gear is stored to how people move through the van, access what they need, and interact with its systems.

Every inch has a purpose and every detail has a reason, creating a more intuitive living experience designed to make life on the road feel effortless.

    • RVIA CERTIFIED

RVIA certification represents a higher level of safety, quality, and construction standards—giving you greater confidence in your OVP while also opening the door to expanded financing options for qualifying builds. For Rainier owners, that means the vehicle is more than a custom van. It’s a professionally built recreational vehicle designed around established industry standards and backed by the experience of the OVP team.

From electrical and plumbing systems to construction and safety requirements, RVIA standards are considered throughout the build—creating a vehicle designed not just for the journey ahead, but for years of experiences to come.

    • MAKE IT YOUR OWN.

Every Rainier begins with a proven OVP platform refined through years of real-world experience. From there, it becomes distinctly yours.

Choose from interior finishes, colors, materials, electrical systems, suspension, storage, seating, exterior equipment, and adventure-focused upgrades selected around how and where you plan to travel.

Rather than starting from a blank sheet of paper, you begin with a layout already proven on the road—then personalize the details that matter most. The result is a Rainier that feels uniquely yours without compromising the engineering and experience behind every OVP.
