All OVP vehicles are proudly built in Oregon — the land of no sales tax — and developed through nearly a decade of real-world experience and rigorous four-season testing.

Every build is engineered for comfort, durability, and versatility, using only the highest-quality materials and proven construction methods, so you can stay focused on what matters most: the adventure ahead. The Rainier is by far our most popular layout, designed to allow two people to comfortably travel, weekend, or live full-time in a 144" Sprinter — without ever feeling limited by space. Often mistaken for a 170" wheelbase in photos, the Rainier feels remarkably open thanks to its clean, spacious layout anchored by our signature Murphy bed system. By incorporating Flarespace flares, which allow sideways sleeping and reclaim nearly 20 inches of interior length, we’re able to fit an extraordinary amount into just 62 square feet. That efficiency makes room for a full-height closet, a thoughtfully integrated toilet and full galley, and the Alpine Van Works Double Bench-to-Bed, complete with 3-point harness and CRS hooks. The bench easily transforms into a single-person bed and swivels a full 90° to face the sliding door, maximizing both livability and versatility in a compact footprint. The result is a van that lives, sleeps, and travels far larger than its size suggests — with zero compromise on comfort, capability, or craftsmanship.

  • POWER SYSTEM

    Every OVP vehicle is equipped with a robust, adventure-ready power system built around a 10kWh EcoFlow lithium battery bank, delivering reliable energy wherever the road takes you. A 3kW inverter, 200W of solar, shore power capability, and 1kW alternator charging work seamlessly together to ensure fast recharging and dependable off-grid performance — so you can stay powered, connected, and comfortable without limits.

  • WATER SYSTEM

    Through advanced insulation, precision sealing, and rigorous systems testing, every OVP build is engineered to keep you comfortable in true four-season conditions — from -20°F winter mornings to 100+°F summer days. Supporting that capability is a thoughtfully designed water system featuring 33 gallons of fresh water, 7 gallons of gray water, and a 5-gallon 110V water heater, delivering dependable comfort and convenience wherever your adventure leads.

  • CLIMATE & COMFORT SYSTEM

    Every OVP build is equipped with a true four-season climate system designed to keep you comfortable in any environment. The Espar D2S diesel-fired heater delivers fast, efficient warmth in cold conditions, while the Velit 2000R 48V air conditioner provides powerful cooling when temperatures climb. Paired with the NomadicArk vent fan for continuous airflow and ventilation, the result is a perfectly balanced interior climate — no matter where or when you travel.

  • Modern, Functional Kitchens

    Our kitchens are thoughtfully designed for real-world use, combining modern design with everyday practicality. Each build features an Isotherm 130 stainless steel drawer-style refrigerator for efficient, organized cold storage, a portable single-burner induction cooktop for flexible and clean cooking, and a discreet Thetford 135 cassette toilet, seamlessly integrated to maximize space without sacrificing comfort or convenience.

    Stay cozy in your signature OVP Murphy Bed or effortlessly transform the Alpine Van Works Double Bench-to-Bed into a comfortable single-person sleeping space in minutes. Paired with our RoamRest folding mattress, every sleeping option is designed for comfort, convenience, and adaptability — whether you’re turning in for the night or quickly resetting the space for the day ahead.

  • PANELING & INSULATION

    Every OVP interior is finished with marine-grade paneling and engineered with a four-layer insulation system, delivering exceptional durability, thermal performance, and noise reduction. The result is a quieter, more comfortable cabin that’s built to withstand the demands of real adventure — season after season.

  • INTERIOR FUNCTION & COMFORT

    Every detail in an OVP build is designed to enhance everyday living on the road. A Lagun table with holster provides a versatile workspace or dining surface, while the drop-down exterior galley table expands your living area outdoors in seconds. Inside, an insulated cab curtain and Van Essentials window covers improve privacy and thermal efficiency, and Van Essentials rear door storage bags add smart, accessible storage right where you need it.

  • EXTERIOR UPGRADES

    One size does not fit all — that’s why OVP gives you the freedom to outfit your van with some of our favorite exterior components, tailored to your journey. A Flatline standard roof rack and side ladder expand cargo and access, while the Fiamma F45 manual awning creates instant shade for outdoor living. Mondo mud guards protect your van while providing extra tire clearance, paired with 31.5” all-terrain snowflake-rated tires and a full-size spare to keep you moving confidently on any terrain.
