RV Industry Association Expands Membership with Key Industry Players in March 2024

Posted by Dustin Sauer on

In March, the RV Industry Association (RVIA), which advocates for the collective interests of RV manufacturers and suppliers in the United States, welcomed a diverse group of new members.

These members are joining an organization that is responsible for 98% of all RVs produced in the U.S., aiming to fortify initiatives related to industry safety, education, and market expansion.

Among the new entrants is AppOne, a company based in College Station, TX, specializing in OEM lending software designed to streamline financial interactions within the RV market. This addition is set to enhance the efficiency of purchasing processes, crucial for boosting consumer satisfaction and access to RV ownership.

The aftermarket sector sees the introduction of BougeRV from Houston, TX. As a provider of essential RV accessories including solar panels, power supplies, portable refrigeration, and roof racks, BougeRV supports the growing trend towards sustainable and self-sufficient RV travel.

The manufacturing side of the RV industry also grows with several key players:

  • Bowlus Road Chief LLC, located in Henderson, NV, brings its expertise in crafting travel trailers that merge luxury with practicality, appealing to a segment of travelers seeking premium amenities on the road.
  • Caravan Outfitter LLC from Edmonds, WA, and Overland Van Project LLC from Portland, OR, along with Titan Vans LLC from Boulder, CO, all specialize in Class B motorhomes. These manufacturers cater to the increasing demand for compact, efficient motorhomes that do not compromise on the quality and comfort of the travel experience.
  • The park model sector is bolstered by Dynamite Builders LLC from Fort Shaw, MT, and Gulf Atlantic Cottages from Tampa, FL, who produce park models that offer the comforts of home with the mobility of RV living.

These new members are joining the RVIA during a period of significant growth and transformation in the RV sector, marked by a shift towards more sustainable practices and the integration of advanced technologies in RV manufacturing and maintenance.

As per the News & Insights report of the RVIA, these companies align with the association’s broader goals to “grow and expand the RV market, pursue a favorable business environment for the industry, and cultivate a positive RV experience for all consumers.”

This strategic expansion of its membership base not only diversifies the RVIA’s portfolio but also strengthens its capacity to advocate effectively for industry-wide standards and innovations.

The addition of these new members promises to inject fresh perspectives and capabilities into the RVIA’s efforts to enhance the overall RV ecosystem. From improving safety standards to promoting educational initiatives and expanding the RV market, these companies are integral to the association’s mission.
